Refund & Return Policy

Since each flower is handmade and customized, we do not offer refunds unless there is an issue with your order.
We can only provide a free replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The custom face/print is incorrect

  • The order is lost in transit


21-Day Return Window (Only for Approved Cases)
If your order meets the conditions above, you have 21 days from the date of delivery to contact us.

To start a claim, please email us at contactcustomflower@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return label.

  • We do not accept returns for custom items unless they are damaged, misprinted, or lost.

  • All sales are final unless one of the conditions above is met.
